<p>Sanjay, a seven-year-old boy who was seriously injured after falling into a vessel filled with hot sambar, breathed his last on Monday evening.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The accident had occurred on Sunday while Sanjay was playing in a kitchen during a marriage ceremony at Periyapatna in the district. Sanjay, who is the son of Krishnegowda and Susheela, residents of Yaladahalli in K R Nagar taluk, was being treated at a private hospital in the city, following the accident.<br /><br />Sanjay had suffered 70 per cent burns in the accident. Even though the boy had responded to treatment on Sunday, a sudden dip in his blood pressure resulted in kidney failure. <br />On Monday, the burn injuries on his body showed signs of decay and the condition of the boy deteriorated, resulting in his death.</p>
