Gadgets ruining health, says MLA

 
Speaking at the valedictory of yoga camp here recently, the MLA said that invention of gadgets for daily activities has reduced physical exercise for human beings leading to onset of various diseases. Practising yoga under such circumstances could ensure a healthy living, he opined.

Setty disclosed that since there is no exclusive place to conduct yoga classes in the town, a site would be granted free of cost, near Maharaja circle from Town Municipal Council. The foundation stone for construction of the Rs one crore  Yoga Bhavan will be laid down on January 23.

Town Municipal Council president Susheelamma, vice-president of Karnataka Government Employees Association L A Manjunath and others were present.
