When Metrolife contacted Arundhati for details on the wedding she did say
that it was a private affair but was kind enough to let us in on some details, “The two have been dating each other for the last ten years. Mine was a love
marriage and so she too has the freedom to choose her life partner which she has done,” Arundhati told Metrolife and added jokingly, “she just saved me the trouble of finding a groom for her.” Kaavya works for an NGO and Salil is a corporate lawyer. The two studied at the Valley School.

Salil is a Konkani whose family is settled in Mumbai, “The two families have consented to the wedding and are happy with the choice,”  Arundhati concluded.
