Book lovers were in for a treat as a book exhibition was held at the Central Library inside the park.

Visitors, about 5,000 in number, were seen thronging the stalls set up by Jaivik Krishik Society, Karnataka State Mango Development Board and the Nurserymen Cooperative Society where mangoes, other fruits, organic vegetables, ornamental plants, saplings were sold.

An hour-long ‘evening raga’ concert and a spectacular performance by the KSRP band brought curtains to the fun-filled eventful day.
