<p>"Haider" star Shahid Kapoor is all set to replace Madhuri Dixit Nene on the next season of dance reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa".<br /><br /></p>.<p>It is for the first time that Shahid, considered one of the best dancers in Bollywood, is judging a reality show.<br /><br />Shahid, 34, is the new entry to the Colors reality show's judging panel. The names of his co-judges are yet to be announced.<br /><br />Welcoming him onboard, Colors' CEO Raj Nayak tweeted, "Colors welcomes the King of dance & actor par excellence @shahidkapoor to #JhalakDikhlaJaa Coming soon. #YouthIcon."<br /><br />The 48-year-old actress, who was the face of Jhalak for three years, said in a statement that she opted out of the judging panel of the dance reality show to concentrate on another project with the channel.<br /><br />"I have been on Jhalak for three years now and I am taking a break to focus on other projects. I will be back shortly with probably something even more exciting. I wish Jhalak the very best for a spectacular season," Madhuri said.<br /><br />Shahid, who recently wrapped up the shooting of "Udta Punjab", will be next seen in "Shaandar" opposite Alia Bhatt.<br /><br />"Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa", the Indian version of BBC's "Strictly Come Dancing", sees celebrity contestants fight it out on the dance floor with their choreographer partners. </p>
