The High Court on Wednesday ordered the BBMP and the Urban Development department to decide on the representation given by health inspectors working on deputation in the Palike to send them back to their parent department by August 15, 2015.
Justice Raghavendra S Chauhan passed the order on a petition by 53 health inspectors. The petitioners contended that despite writing to the BBMP commissioner and the principal secretary of Urban Development there was a delay in considering their application.
