“My favourite subjects were History and Comparative Drama. Like many others, I too had this pre-conceived notion about History but our lecturers were excellent.

They used to make the class very interactive and showed us various documentaries thereby making the entire atmosphere of learning effective and left us wanting more,” he says.

He shared a friendly relationship with his lecturers, “There was a certain amount of freedom we shared with our lecturers. We used to joke around with them and even held some interesting debates,” he adds.

He says he rarely bunked classes. At the same time, he also showed a balanced approach towards extra-curricular activities, “I took up courses that I loved and had a passion for. So there was no need to crib about the college,” he says.

“I was part of many social events in the campus and was the committee head as well. I loved being a part of any creative event.”
