Rakshith, Shwetha clinch titles in State-ranking TT

 Rakshith RB and Shwetha Kumaravelu emerged champions in the men’s and women’s sections respectively in the 18th Annual MS Ramaiah Memorial State-ranking Memorial table tennis tournament here on Sunday.

In the men’s title round, Rakshith prevailed over Sushmith RB 11-9, 11-8, 8-11, 4-11, 11-3, 11-8 to bag the crown.

In the corresponding women’s final, Shwetha got the better of Gayathri Tankasali 11-6, 11-3, 6-11, 11-4, 11-4 to clinch the title.
