'Jayantis will make govt employees lazy'

 Government employees will turn lazy if the State government will observe Jayantis, said Pejawar seer Vishveshva Theertha.

He was speaking at a programme organised by the BJP Slum Morcha here on Sunday.
The seer said that the State government should think twice before celebrating Jayantis. It would make the government employees lazy if holidays are declared for Jayantis.

There was no need for the government to organise Jayantis of controversial people. There was no need for it to organise Tipu Jayanti also, the seer added.

He also expressed that in order to root out terrorism from the globe, there was a need for a united fight by all nations.
