<p> German luxury car maker Mercedes-Benz today launched AMG GT S in India in the performance car segment priced at Rs 2.4 crore (ex-showroom Delhi).<br /><br /></p>.<p>The car, which comes with a 4-litre bi-turbo engine, is the company's 14th new product introduction of the year in the country.<br /><br />The company had announced its plan to launch 15 new products in 2015 in India.<br />"The launch of the AMG GT S is the finest example of our top-of-pyramid approach for the Indian market as we are presenting the most acclaimed product from our global portfolio," Mercedes-Benz India MD and CEO Roland Folger told reporters here.<br /><br />With the AMG GT S, the company has yet "another winning product" for India, he claimed.<br />The car comes with various features, including adaptive brake lights, composite braking system, automatic child seat recognition and eight airbags.<br />Mercedes-Benz currently sells ten AMG products in the country.</p>
