The world’s largest online marketplace, Amazon, has signed a pact with the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), aimed at encouraging SMEs to grow business profitably online.
Under the MoU, Amazon.in and NIESBUD will work towards spreading awareness on the enormous potential of eCommerce for SMEs and empower them to leverage numerous opportunities
India’s growing digital economy offers, the company said in a release.
As part of the MoU, ASSPL (Amazon Seller Services) and NIESBUD will jointly undertake the exercise of training SMEs on understanding the eCommerce industry in India and its vast potential for growth.
