Based on a tip off, Suresh Naik and his wife Saroja were arrested from Tumkur.
Speaking to Deccan Herald, Superintendent of Police S Murugan said that the couple were remanded to judicial custody till June 1. The two were active in Shimoga, Chikmagalur and Udupi districts. While Suresh carried a reward of Rs five lakh on his head, the amount for his wife was Rs one lakh.
