Rural and Panchayat Raj Minister H K Patil on Thursday said he favoured installation of the statue of the state’s first chief minister K C Reddy in front of the Vidhana Soudha.
Speaking at the 115th birth anniversary of Reddy in Bengaluru, Patil said he would take up the matter with Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He said the ideals and values followed by Reddy as chief minister should be emulated by others.
