Visiting each ward in the hospital, Vijay expressed much dissatisfaction over poor hygienic conditions. He listened to the woes of the patients too.
“The patients are experiencing a lot of inconvenience due to lack of hygiene. Unless proper maintenance is done, money should not be released to the contractors,” the CEO told Taluk Health Officer Dr Anitha.
The members of the public too demanded good maintenance of the hospital. Town Panchayat member Joseph Victor Soans, health officer Dr Kishor Kumar were present.
