Shubhanga Prasad
»Shubhanga Prasad, who has done his BE from PESIT, had also appeared for the CAT. “My score is 95 percentile though I was expecting around 97 or 98. This is my third attempt and this is the first time that I have felt blank after finishing my exam. The major drawback this time was that we never got to know the worth of each question. I’m expecting calls from SP Jain and Symbiosis, Pune. But I feel I deserved more than this as my mock exams went well. I had prepared really hard for this exam,” he says.

Kashyap
»Kashyap is a BE student at PESIT. “My percentile is 94.62 and I am really disappointed with the way CAT has gone about this time. I had scored really well in the All India mock exams. We are not aware as to how they evaluated this time. I didn’t face any problem while giving the exam. However, I have done extremely well in other exams like XAT, IIFT, JMET and I’ve also got a call from XLRI and have secured a seat in SIBM, Pune,” says he. 

Eunice Deeptha
»Eunice Deeptha scored a 97.73 percentile. She is in 8th semester, Electrical and Electronics at BMS College of Engineering. “My percentile is not that good for me to get entry into the top IIMs. I had written the exam amidst my lab exams and hence didn't prepare well. I wish to pursue higher studies in IIM-Ahmedabad or Shillong. Being a student, it is difficult to get admission in IIM-B, as they ask for work experience. Right now, I am focussing on group discussions and interview. I am confident of  cracking the final round. Even if I don't get admissions in my favourite business school, I’m not worried since I have a job offer,” she says

Jagriti Rawat
»Jagriti Rawat, who is doing BE from PESIT says, “ I have secured 99.72 percentile and I am really excited about it, I am literally speechless. The entire process of having the exam online had messed up lot of things for me. I faced a lot of problem while giving the exam. My system got switched off and that had created a lot of tension. I had not expected this much, I am really surprised. I had thought that I might get around 96 percentile. Moreover, this is my first attempt and I’ve got a call from IIMA and it feels great.”

Prashanth Annamreddi
»Prashanth Annamreddi, studying in eighth semester, Electronics in PESIT has 99.54 percentile.  “I have no words to express my feelings. I had done well in CAT exam and hence I was expecting good results. I am hopeful about getting calls from the IIMs. But, my focus is only on IIM-Ahmedabad, where my dad studied. I have also written G-MAT exam where I scored 730 ranking. So, If I don’t get into IIM-A, I wish to continue my higher studies in Harvard University or London Business School,” he says. 

Ankita Handa
»Ankita Handa, a chartered accountant by qualification, has got a percentile of 98.2. It was Ankita’s first attempt at the exam. About her study methodology, she tells, “I just studied for two months before the papers. I joined the fast track batch at a coaching institute and gave most of my papers at home.”

“I gave the exam on the last day, and though my computer did shut down twice, I really didn’t encounter the hoopla that was being made about the online exam.”
As a CA, she wants to get into a management institute to build up on her current profile.
“A CA degree with an MBA is quite a deadly combination,” she says. When asked about her college preferences, she says, “I want to get through either IIM Bangalore, Lucknow or Indore. But if I don’t then I will continue working for a few years and go for an executive MBA instead.”
