Nigerian held for selling narcotics

 The Central Crime Bra nch (CCB) sleuths arrested a Nigerian while he was trying to sell narcotic substance near Indiranagar Metro station on Monday. The arrested has been identified as Nduba Joseph (25) (in pic). Police have seized six grams of cocaine worth Rs 30,000 from the accused.

“Joseph revealed that he got the narcotic substance from a person from TC Palya. He used to approach employees of private firms and college students to sell the narcotics. Efforts are on to trace the person who supplied the substance to him,” police said. Another case has been registered against Joseph for overstaying in the country. He had come to the city in November last year on a business visa, which expired in May,” added the police.
