BDO India plans to expand in south

 BDO India,  an accounting, tax and regulatory advisory company, will be increasing its footprint in south India, a top company executive said.

“We are planing to double our employee strength in Bengaluru by March 2017. Currently, we are about 50 employees in our Bengaluru office. We are planning to take the count to 100 employees by the end of this fiscal year,” Naveen Rajpurohit, Partner - Indirect Tax, BDO India, told DH.

“We are also looking into a larger office premises in Bengaluru, and we are planning to move into the new premises by the end of this fiscal year,” Rajpurohit said. The company has five offices in India — Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Pune and Hyderabad. “We are planning to set up operations in Chennai shortly and that would complete our coverage in South India with operational offices in Hyderabad and Bengaluru,” he added.

BDO India is part of the BDO network, which is the 5th largest professional services firm in the world with global revenue of $7.3 billion.
