Theatre groups Perch and Rafiki will present ‘How to Skin a Giraffe’ at Ranga Shankara in JP
Nagar.

It is inspired by the play ‘Leonce and Lena’ by the iconic German playwright, Georg Buchner.
It is considered one of the genuinely comic pieces in the German language and is Buchner’s only humourous work.

Directed by Rajiv Krishnan, ‘How to Skin a Giraffe’ talk about two dynasties, a marriage of convenience, an escape and a chance encounter.

It will be performed on September 23, 7.30 pm and on September 24-25, 3.30 pm and 7.30 pm. Tickets are available at www.bookmyshow.com and at Ranga Shankara.

Perch will also present ‘Jujubee’ on September 24-25, 11 am at Ranga Shankara.
‘Jujubee’ is a fun play that engages children and adults alike and has a fantastic story filled with action, colourful masks, larger-than- life puppets, music and dance.

Both plays have been staged in several venues across the country and have been well-appreciated by the audience.
