Art and music lovers and shoppers have much in store as a flea market is being held at the Phoenix MarketCity on September 24 and 25, from 11 am to 9 pm. The theme of the event is ‘Colours’.

It will showcase products from across the country, including a range of jewellery, clothes and hair accessories, home and art decor, quirky gift items, kitchen accessories, leather products and paintings. One can also go for delicious goodies and live music performances by city-based bands.

‘Muraad’ will perform on September 24, 6 pm. It is an acoustic band, which performs Bollywood, Kollywood, Sufi mashup, flute solo, cajon and darbuka ‘jugalbandi’ and drums solo. The band comprises working professionals with Ashutosh on vocal, Tony on drums, Kishore on keyboard and Pragee on tabla. Their performance will surely leave you mesmerised.

‘Kalari-Strike a Chord’, an exuberant band which is a collaboration of blues and Indie fusion, will perform on September 25, from 6 pm. ‘Kalari’, which used to previously operate as ‘Baul and Blues’, creates a unique flavour which fuses blues with folk and Indian classical.
Their music ranges from traditional folk to upbeat pop music.
