Justice Anand Byrareddy dismissed the petitions filed by Manjunath N and Santhosh Parashuram Agasimani, a second division assistant in the sub-treasury at Hangal. <br /><br /> Additional Advocate General A S Ponnanna said that they would require sanction from the ADGP to file an investigation report. Previously, another judge, while granting a stay on the KCOC Act, had said that the stay will not obstruct the petitioner from seeking bail. The petitioners’ bail application will be heard in the next week.</p>
