Ramya is gearing up for the event in a big way and even made sure that the royal colours deck up her crown. She’s started blogging on the RCB website and plans to streak her hair in bright red and gold until the matches are over. “I have started blogging for the first time. I’ve got some wonderful responses as well. As for my hair I may streak it red and gold,” Ramya told Metrolife.

Ramya recently went on an inspection of the exclusively designated Ramya stand which has 800 seats. “We have got the terrace view and it’s the best. Last year I just walked around, met a few people and returned to the diamond box. But this time it’s going to be lots of fun with screaming, whistling and hooting. It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity for any actor to interact with their fans,” says Ramya.

She’s networked and is hoping to get many fans and a few friends from the film industry to come and cheer with her. “I haven’t approached anyone as yet but hope to get a few close friends on board,” she says. Ramya’s all praise for Anil Kumble, the captain of the team and thinks he’s got the potential to turn the team right round. “He maintains a personal relationship with all the players. The boys have played some amazing matches and I am sure they will do well this time,” she gushes.

So what’s Ramya doing to keep her spirits soaring? “Lots of water. And maybe I’ll bite into an energy bar or snickers to keep my energy levels high. I am not really particular on the food but will eat off whatever is available,” she says and adds, “there’d be so much excitement that I don’t think I’ll have time to think of food.”
