In 2011, they had lost to Uttar Pradesh in the title round to finish second in Bijapur. <br /><br />After beating Telangana 3-0 (25-19, 25-17, 25-10) in the quarterfinals, Karnataka got past Uttar Pradesh 3-1 (25-20, 22-25, 25-22, 25-18) in their last-four tie. <br />The Karnataka girls’ team clinched the bronze after beating Maharashtra.<br />In the boys’ section, Haryana spikers settled for the third position.</p>
