Last seen in ‘The Legend of Michael Mishra’ alongside Arshad Warsi, Bollywood actor Aditi Rao Hydari is all set to start shooting for Omung Kumar’s ‘Bhoomi’. The film marks the comeback of Sanjay Dutt after serving a five-year sentence in connection with the 1993 Mumbai serial bomb blasts case.

Showcasing the B-Town girl as Sanju Baba’s onscreen daughter, the movie explores the relationship between a father and a daughter with elements of emotions and revenge thrown in.

Moreover, the 30-year-old will be seen next in Sudhir Mishra’s ‘Aur Devdas’ and is also a part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’, where she will be seen portraying Kamala Devi opposite Ranveer Singh.

“Aditi Rao Hydari will be seen in three highly anticipated films. While her other films reiterate how she is one of the few stars who seamlessly balance both commercial mainstream cinema and content-oriented films, with ‘Padmavati’, ‘Bhoomi’ and ‘Kaatru Veliyidai’, Aditi will finally get her due and the opportunity to showcase the immensely talented actor that she is. If there is any leading lady in Bollywood who personifies aristocratic ebullience with such finesse, it’s Aditi. She has conducted her career so far with utmost grace, allowing her work to speak for itself,” said sources.

Aditi is presently shooting for Tamil movie ‘Kaatru Veliyidai’, where she’s also assisting her director Mani Ratnam. The movie is expected to hit theatres in March this year.
