Not used to playing in front of such massive and cricket-crazy crowd, Morgan termed it as an experience in itself. “It has been a fantastic experience. A bit of an eye opener for me and (it’s) my first experience to play in front of such big crowd. I have learnt quite a lot from guys like Dravid, Kumble, Kallis and Boucher. They are some of the big names and something I have been enjoying and I would like pick their brains,” he remarked. With Kevin Pietersen and Ross Taylor set to join RCB, Morgan will find it difficult to find a place in the 11. “There is always pressure when you play in a professional sports and that is the job we do. Ross is a terrific player and as far as his batting is concerned he makes a massive contribution. I am looking forward to playing alongside him and win games for RCB,” he noted.

Morgan is an occasional wicket-keeper but the 23-year-old ruled out taking it up full-time. “Wicket-keeping is something that I have done occasionally and something I have done for England team, as a back-up for Matt Prior. (But it’s) Not something that I would look up to take up in future, but if something happens and I have to fill in, that is something I can do,” he stated.
