A set menu is specially crafted for this festival which feature an exquisite array of dishes that includes meal courses such as the ‘Anti pasti’, ‘Primi’, ‘Secondi’ and ‘Dolci’. The ‘Anti pastis’ include dishes such as ‘Insalata di rucola e zucca’, ‘mouse di caprino’, ‘salsa al balsamico e pomodorini confit’ (Rocket salad, pumpkin, goat cheese mousse, balsamic vinegar, cherry tomato confit), a light appetiser with balance of sweet and acidic flavours. Moving forward is the ‘Tortelli al ragu d’agnello’, ‘salsa al pepe’ (a hand-made pasta filled with lamb ragout and pepper sauce) a mildly spiced and succulent dish.
