Get ready for an Italian feast and pamper your taste buds with a spread of Italian delectables from Naples at Alba, JW Marriott Bengaluru. The special menu, which is available till July 2, is curated by guest chef Nicola Costa, senior chef de partie of Hotel Rottnest in Australia.

The cuisine of Naples has variety of flavours for every food lover. With flavours ranging from various meats to ingredients and dishes enhanced from the soil.

A set menu is specially crafted for this festival which feature an exquisite array of dishes that includes meal courses such as the ‘Anti pasti’, ‘Primi’, ‘Secondi’ and ‘Dolci’. The ‘Anti pastis’ include dishes such as ‘Insalata di rucola e zucca’, ‘mouse di caprino’, ‘salsa al balsamico e pomodorini confit’ (Rocket salad, pumpkin, goat cheese mousse, balsamic vinegar, cherry tomato confit), a light appetiser with balance of sweet and acidic flavours. Moving forward is the ‘Tortelli al ragu d’agnello’, ‘salsa al pepe’ (a hand-made pasta filled with lamb ragout and pepper sauce) a mildly spiced and succulent dish.

The dishes from Naples impart the flavourful culinary traditions of Alba by sending food lovers through a whirlwind of flavours and leaving you to crave for more. Savour in signature dishes that include ‘Risotto alla Zucca e amaretti’, ‘riduzione d’aceto balsamico’ (Risotto pumpkin, amaretti bisquits and balsamic vinegar) Tortelli ricotta, origano e salvia (Hand-made pasta stuffed with ricotta, oregano and sage)
