<p align="justify">The state government on Wednesday decided to take up with the Centre the issue of I-T department using Central para-military forces for conducting a raid at a resort where Energy Minister D K Shivakumar and Gujarat Congress MLA were staying. </p>.<p align="justify"><br />Sources in the Chief Minister’s Office here said the state government will write a strong letter to the Home Ministry on the issue. The I-T department should obtain the permission of the state government for using para-military forces. But, the department did not even inform the government in this regard, the sources said. </p>.<p align="justify"><br />Additional Chief Secretary to Home department Subash Chandra has been directed to write the letter to the Centre, the sources said. <br /><br /></p>
