Cop suspended after video shows woman home guard massaging him

An assistant police sub-inspector (ASI), who was caught getting a body massage by a woman home guard on Monday, has been suspended.

Jogulamba Gadwala District Superintendent of Police SM Vijay Kumar issued the suspension order on Tuesday.

ASI Hassan of the Armed Reserve was caught on video enjoying a body massage in office. After the video went viral, the SP ordered a departmental enquiry by Additional SP Bhaskar.

The woman home guard in her statement said the ASI forced her to massage him. It is believed that Hassan had been getting the "service" often for the last couple of months, but a week ago, somebody captured the scene on a mobile phone and made it public.

The video shows Hassan lying on the bench in the men's barrack of the Armed Reserve unit and the woman home guard in a khahki saree giving him a massage.

A couple of weeks ago in Hyderabad's Saroornagar, Inspector S Lingaiah was caught getting a massage by home guard Saida Naik. Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh Bhagwat transferred him to the commissionerate headquarters as departmental punishment.
