Kannadigara Habba

Dhruvatare Karnataka Rakshana Vedike will organise Kannadigara Habba at Panchamukhi Ganapathy temple premises in Housing Board Layout on November 22.

Addressing media persons here on Friday, forum state unit president D H Mohan Kumar said that social worker Timma Shetty will inaugurate the programme at 5.30 pm. Dhruvatare Karnataka Rakshana Vedike founder Harish Rao will preside over the programme. Chitnalli Mahesh, Shashiprasad Kote, Uddegowda and Timma Shetty will be felicitated on the occasion, he said.

MLA C T Ravi will inaugurate the district office of the forum at 10 am. Former MLC Gayatri Shantegowda will flag-off the bike jatha at Basavanahalli at 4 pm. The jatha will move through I G Road and M G Road to reach Ganapathy Temple.

Actors Tilak Shekhar, Raghu Bhat, Arjun, Disha Poovaiah, film director Vemagal Jagannath Rao and producer Jayaram will take part.

Dhruvatare Karnataka Rakshana Vedike working president Pradeep Gowda, district unit president Manohar and secretary C Prasanna Gowda were present.
