BSNL telephone adalat

DK Telecom District, Mangaluru, will conduct a Telephone Adalat in January 2018 for customers of all Telephone Exchanges falling within Dakshina Kannada and Udupi Revenue District jurisdiction.

PhD awarded

Binu KG, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering has been awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy for his thesis titled 'Theoretical and Experimental Study of the Influence of Nanoparticles in Fluid Film Lubrication' by Manipal University, Manipal.

M'lore Club clinches title

Mangalore Sports Club won the KSCA Mangalore Zone Cricket Tournament by six wickets. The final match was played between Pentland Pet Sports Association and Mangalore Sports Club at Fr Muller Homeopathic Medical College Ground, Deralakatte.

Pentland Pet Sports Association won the toss and elected to bat and scored 221 runs in 47.1 overs. Mangalore Sports Club scored 226 for four wickets in 46 overs.
