<p>A 34-year-old driver of a Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) bus was crushed to death by a lorry near Thirumagondanahalli on Hosur Main Road around 6.15 pm on Wednesday, police said. </p>.<p class="bodytext">Shivakumar was driving to Tamil Nadu when the bus broke down around 5.30 am. He arranged another bus for the passengers and stepped out, too.</p>.<p class="bodytext">He then went to the rear side of the bus for an inspection. That's when the lorry, driven in a rash and negligent manner, rear-ended the bus and crushed him to death.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Shivakumar died instantly.</p>.<p class="CrossHead">Lorry driver injured, too</p>.<p class="bodytext">Passersby took Shivakumar to a hospital where doctors declared him brought dead. </p>.<p class="bodytext">The lorry driver was also injured in the accident and was admitted to hospital.</p>.<p class="bodytext">He is said to be out of danger.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The Surya Nagar police have registered a case.</p>
