<p class="title">Police have arrested the general secretary of an obscure nonprofit and two others for trafficking orphans and mentally retarded children to help orphanages and other institutions get government grants. </p>.<p class="bodytext">Lokesh Nayaka, general secretary, Bright Seva Foundation (BSF), was arrested along with Revana Siddeshwara, the owner of a housekeeping services firm, LNR Enterprises, and Siddagangamma, a teacher at an NGO in Yelahanka New Town, North Bengaluru. The NGO runs a shelter for orphans and homeless children. </p>.<p class="bodytext">In a sting operation, a reporter of a news channel contacted Revana Siddeshwara and asked him to supply 25 children for an orphanage in Chikkamagaluru, which is organising a function to get government grants. Revana Siddeshwara and Nayaka agreed to supply children for Rs 1,500 each and contacted Siddagangamma to send mentally challenged kids to Chikkamagaluru. </p>.<p class="bodytext">Police arrested the three when they were reportedly making the children get on a Tempo Traveller near Seshadripuram College, Yelahanka New Town. </p>
