Making a trilogy

After the super success of Taxi No 9211, which was based on Mumbai, Milan is coming out with two new movies based on the same scenario.

First up is Once Upon a Time in Mumbai — a romantic action film starring Ajay Devgan, Emran Hashmi and Kangana Ranaut. The film is expected to release around end of July. It will be later followed by a fast-paced action thriller with a surprise ending which is based on Mumbai again. The movie will be produced by Kumar Mangat and will be a solo hero film. The rest of the starcast will be announced shortly.

While the talented director loves making films on Mumbai, he considers the beautiful city of Pune to be lucky for him.

So much so, that he takes off to Pune every time he’s scripting a film. Well, the trilogy bug is surely spreading far and wide!
