'What is your agenda?' Prakash Rai asks Yogi in tweet

Multilingual actor Prakash Rai on Friday reacted sharply to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's statement on Tipu Jayanti.

Rai, who tweeted using #justasking hashtag, stated: "Dear Sir, what is your agenda again?" Dear Mr.Yogi, why are you sowing seeds of unrest in Karnataka?

Rai attached pictures of BJP state president B S Yeddyurappa and party leaders Jagadish Shettar and P C Mohan celebrating Tipu jayanti. Please observe the pictures in this tweet. The leaders who shared the dais with you, are celebrating Tipu jayanthi joyfully. Who needs the controversy now... which did not exist then?"

"Don't you have issues, other than the communal ones you are using now, to face the elections?" Rai asked.

In one of the tweets, the actor taunted the Uttar Pradesh chief minister: "It appears that Tipu Jayanti is not celebrated in Hanuman's land!?
