<p>The High Court of Karnataka on Tuesday issued notices to the tahsildar, Bengaluru North taluk and deputy commissioner, Bengaluru North Division in a matter related to vacating a land belonging to a school in Mahalakshmipuram.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Earlier, the tahsildar had issued a notice to the school asking to vacate the land.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Justice Aravind Kumar was hearing the petition filed by The Mother's Educational Trust, who has moved the court challenging the tahsildar's notice.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The bench stayed the operation of the notice until the next date of hearing.</p>.<p class="bodytext">According to the petitioner, the tahsildar had asked him to vacate the land before December 30.</p>.<p class="bodytext">He further submitted that the said two-acre land is fully developed and comprises 10 houses, hospital, four roads besides petitioner's school building. However, the action has been initiated only against the petitioner.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The petition also stated that the trust was paying the rent on time and the lease agreement was also regularly renewed.</p>
