<p class="title">Bangalore Development Minister K J George has announced Rs 5 lakh compensation to be given to the families of each of the victims who died in the fire at the Kalasipalya bar. </p>.<p class="bodytext">George visited the spot on Monday morning. </p>.<p class="bodytext">A fire broke out at Kailash bar and restaurant in the Kalasipalyam--KR Market area in the wee hours of Monday morning killing the five people inside. </p>.<p class="bodytext">The deceased have been identified as Swami (23), Prasad (20), and Mahesh (35), natives of Tumkur; Manjunath (45) and Keerthi (24) are the natives of Haasan and Mandya respectively.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Police are investigating the cause for the fire. </p>
