The state government will take an appropriate decision on implementing the A J Sadashiva Commission report on internal reservation for SCs after obtaining legal opinions, Social Welfare Minister H Anjaneya said on Sunday.
The government will take the opinion of both the Law department and the Advocate General on the recommendations made by the Commission in its report.
"The government will take everybody into confidence before taking any decision. Injustice will not be done to anybody. All efforts will be made to ensure social justice," he told reporters.
The Minister was speaking to reporters after attending a meeting of Dalit leaders of the ruling party chaired by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah at his home office 'Krishna.'
