<p>A local court here on Monday rejected the B-report submitted by the CID with regard to the blackmail case filed against Ramachandrapur Mutt seer Raghaveshwara Bharati.</p>.<p>The court adjourned the hearing to February 1. It directed the petitioner in the case, Chandrashekhar Hegde, to submit a sworn affidavit to the court on that day.</p>.<p>Hegde's had filed a complaint with the Honnavar police, saying that Diwakar Shastri, Premalatha Diwakar and C M N Shastri had resorted to blackmail tactics against the seer.</p>.<p>The police had arrested Shastri and Premalatha in the case.
