Former actor and model Zeenat Aman has filed a case of stalking and criminal intimidation against a Mumbai-based businessman.
Zeenat Aman, 68, a resident of Mumbai, has filed the complaint with the Juhu police station, which is investigating the matter.
Officials of the Mumbai Police confirmed that a case has been filed under sections 304D (stalking) and 509 (insulting modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code.
As per initial investigation by police, there was also a dispute regarding some property matters between them, the details of which are not yet known.
The former actor, a mother of two, was the second runner-up in the Miss India contest and went on to win the Miss Asia Pacific in 1970. She has acted in films like Hare Rama Hare Krishna, Heera Panna and Warrant.
