Shivanna on a signing spree

The script for the film was readied by Telugu director V V Badri and brought in especially to be made in Kannada. The director who can’t speak a word of Kannada has watched most of Shivanna’s films and without a second thought zeroed in on him to play the hero in the film.

The film is on a young man who comes to a City from his village aspiring to be a don. The City’s settings are perfect for this young man to thrive and grow into a full-fledged don. He becomes the most dreaded and feared villain. “I am sure that Shivanna will fit into the role perfectly well. I have watched his films and I don’t think that I need to explain the role to Shivanna, he will slip into it with perfect ease,” Badri told Metrolife.
