Shah to tour Mumbai-Karnataka from Monday

BJP president Amit Shah will tour three districts of Mumbai-Karnataka region from April 2.

This is the first time Shah is visiting the region and has a packed schedule during his two-day tour. He will be covering three districts - Belagavi, Bagalkot and Haveri.

On April 2, Shah will be starting his tour from Belagavi by garlanding the statues of Kittur Rani Channamma, Sangolli Rayanna and Shivaji.

He will later interact with the students of KLE College. Shah's next stop will be Nippani where he will interact with the representatives of the Jain community. He will also address a women's convention. Shah's evening schedule includes a road show in Gokak.

The next day, Shah will visit Bagalkot where he will interact with the members of the business community. He will also hold a closed-door meeting with party functionaries from the Mumbai-Karnataka region. He will have lunch at former minister Govind Karjol's residence. Shah's last stop will be at Badami, where he will call on seer of Shivayoga Mandir.
