'Design Ideas 2018' features innovative ideas in architecture

Innovative ideas in architecture, construction and interior design were featured during 'Design Ideas 2018' exhibition organised by The Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) at Dr TMA Pai Convention Centre at M G Road, Kodialbail, Mangaluru on Friday.

Inaugurating the exhibition, IGP (Western) Arun Chakravarthy, said that the exhibition will provide a platform for professionals in the field of construction and interior design.

Smart solutions and innovative design concepts such as office and home automation systems, interior design materials, lavatory solutions, flooring, energy efficient equipment, wall decorations and other interior requirements were featured at the stalls put up by 45 different companies on the venue.

MCC Commissioner B A Nazir, IA Chairman Kumarchandra M R, treasurer Venkatesh Pai, office bearers Suprith Alva, Sharun Anchan and Chandrakiran were present among others.

The expo is on till Sunday, April 15.
