Has the numerology bug bitten Kannada actress Sanjjanaa? She too seems to have gone in for a change of the spelling in her name. The young sizzling actress has bagged a couple of good offers after the change of spelling.

She has signed three projects in Kannada and is also debuting in Malayalam with Mohanlal in Casanova. Her E Sanje and Shloka are ready for release.

In Mailari, the 99th film of Shivarajkumar, she plays a journalist who is very energetic, talkative and intelligent. “I was a little nervous during my first shot with Shivanna. It’s a pleasure working with him. He is very responsible and puts forth every emotion with ease,” praises Sanjjanaa.

The pretty actress feels she’s lucky to share screen space with Shivarajkumar. “I was waiting for this opportunity since my first film. In fact, everyone in the industry has the dream of acting with Rajkumar family,” she confesses and adds, “teaming up with a talented actor like Shivarajkumar and a professional director like R Chandru in Mailari is a perfect combination and I could not ask for more.”

Meanwhile, namma Bengaluru hudugi is all set to debut in Malayalam film Casanova, to be directed by Rosshan Andrrews. The shooting will commence in July and most of it will be shot in Vienna.

The excited actress admits that it will be challenging to work with a demanding director like Rosshan Andrrews and a superstar like Mohanlal. "The Casanova team is totally power-packed. I am really nervous, at the same time, I have pinned hopes on it," she avers. The charming beauty is making sincere efforts to learn Malayalam and is playing the character of a salsa dancer in the movie, for which she has recently polished her dancing skills.

Sanjjanaa believes her best performance so far has been in E Sanje. She’s eagerly waiting for its release. "I call it 'my movie' where I have played a flip side character. I dominated the whole screen from first scene to the last shot," reveals the actress.
She is acting with Prem in an untitled film and also with Ramesh Aravind in another project which will take off soon. She wants to portray a character on the same lines of  Arundhati in Telugu.

“Anushka exploited her acting talent to the fullest in that movie and showed good variation between the two characters. I wish to don a similar role," says Sanjjanaa, who also wishes to act in a Mani Ratnam film someday. She exclaims, “It would be a dream come true if I get an opportunity to work with him.”
