It has a massive 4.3-inch screen, noticeably larger than iPhone’s 3.5-inch screen and 3.7-inch screen on Droid Incredible, which HTC recently launched through Verizon Wireless.
Despite its size, the phone is sleek, with few buttons along the sides and touch-sensitive navigation icons instead of physical buttons on the face. The Evo 4G is based on Google Inc’s Android 2.1 software, with HTC’s own user interface called Sense layered on top.
