ZP chief seeks report on missing files

Speaking at a review meeting, he said “the materials are assets of the government. It is the responsibility of the officials to preserve these materials. All action should be initiated to trace the missing materials.”

Zilla Panchayat President took officials to task as the several district-level officials remained absent and also directed ZP CEO to write a letter to the government in this regard.
He also pointed out that computers in the schools that are functioning should be repaired. If computers can not be repaired, then new computers should be purchased.
Kemparaj said “the government has released Rs 3.50 crore to improve the ground water level in the district.” Zilla Panchayat Vice President Manjula Raghumurthy said “electric wires are running close to several houses in the district. Action should be initiated to shift these wires, before any tragedy strikes.” Standing Committee members Radha Sundaresh, Shanmukhabovi and others were present.
