Mass marriage at Omkar Jyoti Ashram

A function had also been organised to mark the ninth anniversary of the Omkar Jyoti Ashram.Speaking on the occasion Siddeshwaranandanath  Swami of Adi Chunchanagiri Branch Mutt said, “According to Hindu religion human birth is most the reverend and man can achieve moksha by doing good deeds till the end of his life.”

Legislature K P Bache Gowda said that Omkar Jyoti Ashram apart from being a spiritual centre, was also a guiding force for social change as it was organising mass marriage every year. This programme helped several families who could not afford to hold grand celebrations for marriage.
