The Adugodi police arrested Kanna alias G K Toppaiah (23), Mutta (19) from Viveknagar and Kanna alias Yalamudi from Koramangala.They allegedly had murdered Lokesh of EWS quarters on July 6 and absconded. The police arrested them on July 11 in Ejipura. During the interrogation they confessed to the crime, the police said.
Kamakshipalya police foiled a robbery bid by arresting three persons recently. The suspects were identified as Manjunath (2) from Madhugiri in Tumkur district, Mahesh (21) from Deepanjalinagar and Lakshman Gowda (23) from Mallaghatta village in Kunigal taluk.
The police seized two cellphones, two bikes and weapons from them. They were arrested near Beggar Colony compound on Sumanahalli Junction Ring Road waiting to rob citizens returning home late night.
