This is how Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Kumar reacted in his blog on the manner in which the Legislature conducted business in the last five days.

In his blog (http://nimmasuresh.blogspot.com/), Kumar has posted his disappointment over the conduct of the legislature session in the last five days.

He, on behalf of the legislators, has sought the apology of the common man for the overall behaviour of people’s represenatives.

Kumar said that as minister for Parliamentary Affairs he had a strong desire to make legislature sessions more meaningful and purposeful. He was dejected and despaired as his desire could not be materialised.

People in general are unhappy about overall behaviour of legislators. Their trust in our dedication to societal cause is fast receding. “Is it not time for my entire legislator friends to introspect? I am dejected and despaired. May be, I too had my own contribution in this affair. But unwittingly for sure,” he said.
