A press release issued in this regard stated that the memorial service will be held at Dr T M A Pai International Convention Hall on M G Road in Mangalore on July 27 between at 10 am. The Air India has requested all family members, friends and well-wishers of the deceased to join in prayer at the venue. Ministry of Civil Aviation Secretary M M Nambiar and Air India CMD Arvind Jadhav will be present on the occasion.

Special transport arrangements have been made to pick up and drop relatives from Bhatkal, Kasargod and Udupi. The pick up will arrive at Shamsuddin Circle, near Srinivasa Restaurant in Bhatkal at 6 am; Near Diana Circle in Udupi at 8 am; and Near Karandakad Petrol Pump in Kasargod at 8 am.
Air India has also provided helpline numbers in Mangalore 0824 – 2452306 / 2452307 / 2452308 for assistance to the relatives, the release added.
