Shivkumar to continue as tahsildar

Shivkumar had approached the High Court seeking quashing of Karnataka Administrative Tribunal (KAT) order which had stayed the suspension order of Asha Parveen. She then took over as the tahsildar of K R Puram. Asha was later transferred, but she obtained a stay from KAT on the transfer order as well. Asha was later suspended for a second time.
