Reddy withdraws CBI probe plea against HDK

 
A bench of Justices Dalveer Bhandari and Mukundakam Sharma allowed Reddy to withdraw the petition and file it before the Karnataka High Court.

The bench was apprised of judgements by the apex court which ruled that the SC and high courts have the authority to direct the government to institute a CBI probe in corruption cases.
